    Description

    This extraordinary "Mesh Rib" table tennis ball is a survivor from the 1930's.  It was made by Marks Brother's of Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
    The ball has an incredibly unusual and unique raised ribbed pattern, I'm sure designed for extra spin and reaction.  Included is an engraved display case and what is left of the original packaging.
