Large rare original antique print from an 1890s French illustrated journal.
It depicts a
German Wirehaired Pointer
(Deutsch Drahthaar, Deutscher Drahthaariger Vorstehhund, Drahthaar) alerting the hunter that he has tracked the wounded deer after the hunt.
The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills most of it, with a French caption below it.
The page is in excellent condition for its age.
There is text/photos on the back of the print.
